I started coming to CrossFit Lindy in October of 2015. At the time, I thought I was in good shape. I had worked out regularly for a few years before that, but I would ignore my weaknesses and focus only on the exercises I liked doing. It led to me making very little progress and getting injured often. At Lindy, I have learned to find my weaknesses and build on them. Since I have started going here I feel healthier, stronger, and definitely better conditioned.
CrossFit Lindy also taught me how to enjoy my workouts and build friendships in the gym. Too many people go to the gym, plug in their headphones, and zone out through their workout. When I come to Lindy, I know I’m going to a place where I have people to talk to and people that can motivate me to be the best I can be.
