Are you interested in becoming a competitive CrossFit athlete? Lindy Athletes share not only foundational training principles that have led to years of consistent competitive success, but they also share an unconquerable mindset and an unrelenting focus on achieving their maximum potential without regard to extrinsic distractions and circumstances.
Our competition classes are a comprehensive training program designed for dedicated athletes looking to compete in the sport of fitness. It incorporates all facets of strength, skill and energy system development needed to compete, and is written with an understanding of structural balance and periodization to keep athletes healthy and progressing year after year.
We bring together some of the best local athletes and compete on a daily basis to not only push you, but to push your peers in becoming better athletes. Workouts are designed to be fair, but skillful enough for everyone to complete. We used this atmosphere and thrive off each other’s energy!

CrossFit is our specialty and CrossFit Lindy has a philosophy when it comes to fitness. There are no shortcuts on the road to success (or fitness in this case) and we believe in teaching people the importance of longevity. CrossFit is an amazing training mechanism if it is applied correctly and CrossFit Lindy has perfected the “Art of CrossFit”.
Lindy’s brand of CrossFit is an EXCELLENT program that emphasizes efficiency and mastering movements, which all equate to getting fit. Our standards for coaching are the highest around and each class consists of a “coach-led” dynamic warm-up or mobility sessions, followed by work that leads into either a strength movement or skill practice. Once we have put in some hard work there, it is on to the conditioning a.k.a. “metcon” followed by a brief cool down.
A note about safety: Some of the movements are complex, and every CrossFit workout will test you. That’s why safety is always CrossFit Lindy’s (and every one of our coaches) first priority. Every workout is scalable, so you’ll always get a challenging workout, no matter your personal fitness level.
Our trainers are experts in nutrition and health. Our head nutrition coach Ricklynn Tyminski specializes in specific nutrition coaching and counseling based on your specific dietary needs. Whether your are a full time athlete, parent of three kids wanting to lose weight, or even food restrictions and allergies. Riki can meet your goals and make sure you are on the right path for success.
Riki likes to call flexible dieting “flexible eating” because it’s not exactly a diet, but simply monitoring your portions. This is a way of eating that we can sustain for the rest of our lives. You are given a set of calories/macronutrients that you need to reach each day, and it is up to you how you want to hit those macros.
With flexible eating, there is no food shaming, no binging, no guilt, and of course no restrictions, just moderation. Without any restrictions, we are less likely to have a binge day, making flexible eating the better choice in dieting – physically, mentally, and emotionally.

CPR / AED CERTIFIED
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is a lifesaving technique useful in many emergencies, including heart attack or near drowning, in which someone’s breathing or heartbeat has stopped. The American Heart Association recommends that everyone — untrained bystanders and medical personnel alike — begin CPR with chest compressions. Automated external defibrillators (AED) saves thousands of lives each year.
CADRE OF SEASON 2 FOX AMERICAN GRIT
Each week, the competitors will undergo a series of team challenges designed to test their ability to work together, strategize and lead. The winning team is safe from elimination but the losers’ fate is in the hands of the winning Cadre leader who selects three rival competitors to face off in a final test of endurance. With these brand-new challenges focusing more on will, desire and mental toughness, rather than mere physical prowess, the strongest may not be the one who survives. With something to prove, they must either wipe their tears and step up or “ring out” and go home.

Since Late 2004 CrossFit Kids has been Forging The Future Of Fitness and is currently in over 1,200 gyms in North America, Australia, Europe, Africa, India, Japan and Panama. CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness.In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well- rounded athletes.
