Hold each rep at the top for 5″

After the HSPUs, do 20 Sit Ups

Every 5 minutes x 20 minutes

30 Kettlebell Swings

30 Double Unders

30 Air Squats

30 Hand Release Push Ups

Score is the worst/slowest round
