10 Seated DB Shoulder Press + ME Inverted BB Rows + 15 Push Ups + 15 Sit Ups

These are supposed to be like supersets. Very LITTLE break between movements

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

3 Deadlifts @275, 185

7 Box Jumps (No rebounding)

10 DB Push Press @50s, 35s
