I’m writing this blog for a bingo game. The first thing I did was google “What is a blog?” and “What do you write in a blog?” LOL. Basically I learned it’s an informal way to write down your thoughts on different topics.. aka a computerized journal.
I’m writing my first blog on dos and don’ts of Crossfit Lindy.
1- Do not arrive late to class or Dan may or may not murder you. Better late then never!
2- Be nice and outgoing to the new members, we were all new once and it’s so nice to make friends.
3- Do not eat immediately before coming to the gym, you will regret it and you will get a cramp
4- Do eat something 1 to 2 hours before hand or you’ll likely pass out from the treacherous/fun workouts you’re about to endure.
5- Do not leave out equipment or Dan will beat you to smithers
6- Bring your dog/ kid to class so I can pet them and avoid woding at all costs
7- Do not cheat or lie about your score.. its not how we build our community.
8- Go hard in the paint
9- If you have to poop make sure you spray.. and double flush if necessary. You gotta go you gotta go. But if you take too long in there.. Dan will call you out when you come out, just because we are on a schedule.
10- Do not put 10 pound weights on 35 or 45 pound barbells by themselves
11- If you want to learn how to handstand walk.. Riki is a pro!
12- Do not be Dans WOD partner, you will die.
13- Clean up your ass sweat off the assault bike
14- Do not wear pants to a wod in the summer.. you will have the worst swamp ass ever.
15- COME TO CROSSFIT LINDY AND GET YOUR FITNESS ON, YOU MAY REGRET IT MID WOD BUT YOU WONT REGRET IT WHEN YOU HAVE THAT BOD.
